The Board of Trustees (the “Board”) of the Heath Community Authority (the “Authority”) will hold its initial organizational meeting on Wednesday, November 5 at 5:30 in City Hall, located at 1287 Hebron Road, Heath, Ohio 43056. The purposes of the meeting are to (i) conduct the initial organizational meeting of the Board; (ii) adopt by-laws with respect to the operation of the Board; (iii) adopt a public records policy and records retention schedule for the Authority and the Board; (iv) adopt a virtual meetings policy for the Authority and the Board; (v) adopt insurance and bond coverage for the Authority and the Board; (vi) adopt a budget for the Authority and the Board; (vii) join a Declaration of Covenants and Restrictions regarding property within the Authority; (viii) join a Supplemental Declaration of Covenants and Restrictions regarding additional property to the Authority should that property be added following action by the City Council at its November 3 meeting; and consider or act upon any other business as may properly come before the Board.
