The Heath City Council will conduct a public hearing on September 14, 2026, at 6:30 P.M. at the offices of the City of Heath, 1287 Hebron Road, Heath, Ohio. The purpose of the public hearing is to consider the adoption of Ordinance No. 69-2026 An ordinance to rezone 2.15 acres of land located at 551 Dog Leg Road, Heath, Ohio, from R-3 Multi-Family Residence to B-3 General Business is available with the Clerk for inspection by interested parties during regular business hours.
